As a registered charity, we are accountable to our attendees as well as the government to keep diligent and accurate records.
Our church secretary and accounting staff keep records of every donation we receive. If your donations total $10.00 or more for the calendar year, we are able to provide you with an official donation receipt for income tax purposes. In order to provide receipts, we must receive your donation in an APC giving envelope with your complete mailing address.
We provide certificates for all baptisms and baby dedications. We also keep records of weddings and funerals held at our facilities.
We encourage you to keep all receipts and certificates in a secure location; however, should any of your documentation be lost or stolen, we will make every effort to provide you with a replacement. For assistance, please contact us.
